Quality processes and practices in Sun Smart Systems include organization and management, engineering, support, control, and audit and are tailored according to the project and customer-specific needs. This flexibility allows us to give the right answer to projects with different natures and criticality levels.

The QMS improvement is implemented on a continuous basis and triggered by feedback from our customers in accordance with international standards and practices of software engineering, such as CMMI Models, ISO 15504 Process Assessment (also known as SPICE Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination), and ISO 12207 Software Life Cycles.
